Does not have to be exactly on 100th., will consider other locations close to Ottumwa.

At least 10 acres and up to 100 or more.
Ideally it will have : creek or pond, timber, pasture, row crop potential (not planning to farm so would be crop share), older or modest home (or fixer upper), out buildings of some kind would be nice.
NOTE - - - - I DO NOT CARE ABOUT HUNTING so high $$ properties being sold for hunting purposes is not of interest. I will be living on this property until I die so development properties are also of no interest.
